Unfortunately, the odds of sequel are pretty slim -- I think it was Moonstone's "preview" issue that included a recap of the rights issues, which boils down to the person in charge of Sherwood being an insane drug addict (now deceased) who kept apparently deliberately confusing records such that no one can figure out who really owns what rights for development purposes.

We can hope, though....
