I think it's Strictly Ballroom? It's sort of like Dirty Dancing meets Priscilla Queen of the Desert, though only at about 70%. There's this huge climactic paso doble scene, but my ballroom friends assure me it's flamenco.

Oh, I have heard good things about that movie! Movies about dancing are a little bit of a hard sell for me, though.
