I have these weird twinges at random times--driving a car, say, or shopping for groceries--in which I'll suddenly twitch and cuss at myself because of something stupid I did ten years ago. Twenty years ago.

Oh, I do that. Doesn't everyone do that? (You mean some people don't do that? Bastards!)
