I don't think it means any of those things. I've never seen that acronym before IN MY LIFE. It scares me and makes me feel stupid and depressed. I hate myself.

DIY is one of the acronyms we throw around like crazy here at my acronym-crazed workplace. Where it refers to do it yourself.
I have at least convinced people not to call it DIY in our public communication about the DIY thingy.
