Beyond creepy. This mannequin, with her feet bolted to the platform, had some kind of motor attached that made her right arm wave heavily back and forth. Except that it wasn't really an arm, just a rod strung with lights. One of which was dangling free like a detached eyeball or something. PARK HERE NIGHTMARES INCLUDED.
