Hollow Earth!!! = AWESOME

So I read Pellucidar and now I have the completely unexpected need to read everything that Edgar Rice Burroughs ever wrote.

I can't help feeling like I should have seen this coming.

I think I have all his published books but a few. If, er, you have trouble tracking anything down.

Heh! Thanks; I found a bunch of cheap used mass markets on Amazon, but I'll keep you in mind for when those run out :-)

The Mars stuff rocked my world as a little kid.

I ordered the first of the John Carter books; looking forward to it.

Oh, John Carter fucking ROCKS. E. R. Burroughs is my sekrit boyfriend.

I went to the Mars stuff when I could no longer stand Tarzan, and the change has served me well.

I've really enjoyed the new editions of his books. The covers have been great -- no loin cloths in sight though I do somewhat miss the Frazetta women.

Heh. I'm going for the old-style paperbacks where I can find them; gotta love the trashy pulp feel of 'em.

Boy, are you ever going to like THE SEARCH FOR THE RED DRAGON...
