A while back I found a circus troupe giving aerial silk classes in my area. After a few months I decided it wasn't for me (falling from 20' in the hopes that a knot you tied upside down with your feet is going to catch you before you hit the ground requires a certain level of commitment) but the friends who still do it are some of the sexiest people on earth. It does *very* nice things for the arms and shoulders.
