Date: 2008-05-10 12:32 am (UTC)See, I MAY have talked to you. It was packed that night. I ended up schmoozing because I was there with my roommate - who was there with Jessa. (keeping my motuh shut) I was the supplier of the PA (ie - the bass amp that ended up braking and no one offered to ever fix, thanks a LOT BOOKSLUT!), and my roommate was wrangler of stuff.
Yeah, it was vaguely schmoozy. and weird. I love when people ask me what I think of bookslut. I just smile and say nothing. The Chicago book scene is really, really weird.
