Sleater-Kinney was the first band I saw live. I barely knew them and my feelings were mixed. My first girlfriend made me go-we lied to our parents. I am thankful to her for this even though she did cheat on me and her method of conveying this incident was a phone call "Guess what I did? I mean really. Guess."
