Yo, it be summer! The folks at Farrago's Wainscot be knowin' it. Their summer issue is now live, and includes my neo-picaresque crone's fairy tale, Oma Dortchen and the Pillar of Story. With an awesome illustration by none other than Rick Bowes! Farrago has also assembled works from such other worthies as Beth Bernobich, Eugie Foster, Nancy Jane Moore, Kathy Sedia, Catherynne Valente, Philip Sueper, Richard Lederer, Haj Ross, and Mark Teppo.

Check it out; hope you enjoy the story!

That was a wonderful story. I love your way with words.

I linked to the Farrago's Wainscot site on the Drollerie Press website and on my own website as well. They have some amazing content, not the least of which is your story.

Thank you, Deena! :-)

Yes, Farrago's are doing some great work; I'd like to see them get a little more attention for it. (Not just for my own sake.)
