My younger brother doesn't. Which is weird, because he's got the chronic depression and the slight bipolar action going on as well. (Though he doesn't medicate, and he doesn't get migraines. Instead he has gout! How cool is that?)
Just curious (and either David can answer): when you get angry at yourself for some twenty year-old sin, is there an actual physical manifestation? Because what freaks my husband out is that I tend to physically twitch: if I'm in a car, I'll smack the dashboard, or push on the accelerator. If there's a mirror, I'll often flip myself off. Sometimes I throw keys or my wallet on the floor in a little mini-hissy fit. And it's all very sudden, very out of the blue.
