I'm considering making some stories available at Anthology Builder: any thoughts? Who's done this? Who's leery?

True. I'm just particularly cynical about the short story readership. I'm not convinced it's wide enough to make this kind of project worthwhile.

Well, how much would be worthwhile? If, say, ten people who hadn't read my stories before decided to nab one, that'd be worth it for me, I think.

Oh, I should say that by "worthwhile" I don't mean money...

Ten would be awesome. Especially if they're not already writers. Do you think it's likely to reach beyond the writer circle?

I think it might have to reach some sort of critical mass first, but it seems possible. It's a very long-tail approach, which I think might appeal to some people.
