Here's the thing. I am, by most objective measures, a fairly geeky person. But I find that many things which are considered more or less core geek loves drive me up the wall. Perhaps you are also somewhat geeky, and encounter this same phenomenenonon. This poll is for you!

Yes on Alias. And then there's the thing that Abrams is supposed to be doing the next Trek film. So there's some kind of confluence of badness there.

I didn't interpret "think is overrated" as hatred. I thought Harry Potter was ok. I don't hate it, but I don't see what all the fuss is about.
